Ebony & Ivory

The name of this gastronomic place is inspired by the song of the ex-Beatle, Paul Mc Courtney and interpreted in company of Steve Wonder. Thus, a project of two music icons appears in a space called Ebony & Ivory, a metaphorical theme of social court and racial integration.

Ebony & Ivory is unique, not only for its gourmet dishes, but also for its warmth. The duotone of the black and white colors reflects an environment with visual force and an attractive image, turning it into complete art.

The menu shows dishes for lovers of good food, offers the opportunity to taste the gastronomy of different countries in one place; On the one hand, a fusion of Spanish, French and Italian dishes and, on the other hand, Caribbean dishes where the strong and attractive flavors of the meat stand out; Chickens and birds; Fish and shellfish; Fruits and vegetables, whose specialties are made by our chef Pablo Mora.

Also, a range of fruits are made exquisite drinks that delight the taste of the most demanding palates and, of course, the most varied selection of imported drinks
